1- The Nadni watch will be replaced if a manufacturing defect is proven. Attaching the reason for the return and the order number, Nadni Store will bear the shipping costs back and forth.
2- Return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receipt of the watch, if the product is in the shipping company’s envelope and has not been opened (because the shipping envelope is the approved packaging for the watch). The customer will bear the round-trip shipping costs of 55 riyals.
3- Nadni watch has special and distinctive specifications that make it possible to use it in schools, wedding halls, and other places that prevent the entry of communications devices.
It is recommended to read the specifications of the Nadni watch and its need for a mobile SIM card with a special number and data in order to activate the application before making the purchase.
4- Products whose envelope was opened by the shipping company can be returned or exchanged within a period of 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that a percentage of their value is deducted according to the following:
1- 30% of the value of the watch. After checking the watch
2- The customer bears the round-trip shipping costs of 55 riyals.
5- Exceptions that are not covered by the return and exchange policy:
• Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.
