Warranty Policy
1. To benefit from warranty services, please ensure you have the original product invoice so that the serial number and warranty period can be verified.
2. The customer must ensure that the product is packaged in its original carton or properly packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. We will not be responsible for any breakage or damage to the product in this case, and the product, for which the warranty has been voided, will be returned to the customer without repair.
3. The warranty period is one year for the student watch.
4. Replacement of the device within the first 6 months for manufacturing defects.
5. The warranty does not cover watch accessories such as (watch strap, charging cable, etc.)
6. The repair time takes a maximum of (15) days for faults covered by the warranty.
7. Pick-up and delivery service is not considered part of the product repair time.
8. The delivery service requires four to seven working days, and in this case, it will not be counted as part of the repair period.
9. The company has the right to keep the replaced parts during the warranty period.
10. The repaired product will be guaranteed to comply with the original warranty period, and in the event of manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired, the institution has the right to replace any of the internal components of the product in accordance with the condition and terms of replacement stated in the warranty.
11. If the defect cannot be repaired during the warranty period, the customer has the right to a refund of the purchase price after deducting the fair usage fee*** in the cases stipulated in the provisions for providing maintenance, spare parts, and manufacturing quality guarantee issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
12. *** A fair usage fee of 5% of the product's value at the time of purchase is calculated for each month starting from the purchase date, provided that the total does not exceed 80% of the product's value.
13. The warranty covers free repair or replacement of parts in case of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover product replacement or refunds. Malfunctions resulting from:
1- Misuse of the product or failure to comply with the usage instructions in the product manual when installing the device.
2- Fractures, blows, or exposure of the device to external factors such as liquids, humidity, high temperature, accidents, or the like.
3- Attempts at installation, repair, or maintenance by persons or entities not authorized by the company, or the use of spare parts not approved by the Standards and Metrology Authority.
